President Halonen participated in IPDCtalks with a theme “Powering Sustainable Development with Access to Information” held by UNESCO’s International Programme for the Development of Communication (IPDC) in Paris in September 2017. The IPDC talks was held to highlight the importance of access to information for sustainable development.
